Offerings for New Age Leadership


Introduction

In the last 11 plus years of its existence, iProdigy has touched and transformed lives of close to 5000 individuals working in leadership positions across functions and responsibility with more than 50 client organizations.
Sensing the evolving demands of businesses in the New Age from its leadership and the relative lack of learning program that could address such demands, and with the objective of launching context-relevant leadership development programs, we carried out intense research across 20 corporations over the last 12 weeks to figure what could be the core developmental needs and the prevalent learnability levels and learning styles of leaders across levels in corporations.
Based on our findings and deriving from our rich experience of creating deep impact and lasting effectiveness with our learning programs for leadership in the past, we have re-designed and re-packaged our existing leadership development programs to offer three learning programs to enable transformational learning amongst leaders at the entry, middle and top levels to address the learning and business needs of corporations.

The ‘design-to-impact’ learning architecture – iLearn

These learning programs are bed-rocked on iProdigy’s proven learning architecture – iLearn – which guarantees effectiveness by marrying the content (most of which is user generated) with the process and context of learning. 

Working-lab – an approach to enablement for Transformational Learning

The three learning programs are designed not as workshops but working-labs – a proprietary learning enablement approach of iProdigy, which is a unique and potent combination of exploration in depths and heights, application to back home situations and consolidation of discoveries and insights. 

The learners in a working lab are facilitated to make discoveries and gather actionable insights relevant to their contexts, in line with the learning architecture.
Working labs are facilitator-enabled learning programs of batch size 12 to 15 learners. In case of batches spread across multiple location, the facilitator-enabled approach is blended with video presentations that are capable of catalyzing deep explorations and generating transformational insights. We also recommend, in case of multi-locational programs interactive presentations by a transformational enabler using synchronous learning technology, which is arranged for by the client.
Ambiance plays a critical role in making a working lab effective. Learners are seated in a square or circular seating arrangement, preferably on the floor. Sufficient space around and between the learners, when seated, must be ensured. Enough natural light must be there in the room.
